Office Building
This commercial office building had extensive interior renovations on all three levels.
The Scope:
- Provide access to employees and wheelchair accessibility on lower level to enter the building from back parking lot
- Renovate lower level open-space into a "meeting space" with a dedicated bathroom
- Renovate all public restrooms
- Add millwork paneling throughout entire front lobby to encompass art work
- Millwork paneling in the third floor conference room
